Shipping & Returns

All orders are shipping via US Postal Service.

Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to ship.  Most items are hand made once the order has been placed.  If we are out of a required part and will not be able to ship within 3 days, we will contact you via e-mail to inform you of the delay.

Orders over $100 will be shipped with insurance.

Returns are Accepted.

Please contact us via e-mail if you wish to make a return.  Please let us know what the issue is and give us a chance to correct any issues.  We will gladly exchange for smaller/large sizes.

Damaged Items.

All items are carefully inspected before being packaged, if you find a defect please contact us immediately.  We will work to correct any issues.  If you bracelet or anklet breaks under normal use, you can mail it back to us for repair.  If you are able to recover all beads we can likely repair it for free. Shipping fees always apply.
